Tourism Nova Scotia is delighted to announce the launch of its brand new online training programme. To celebrate this launch, successful graduates will have the opportunity to enter our photo competition to win one of three fantastic prizes.

Discover stunning vistas, cultural heritage and local flavours of Nova Scotia from the comfort of your chair. Once you’ve become a certified expert on Nova Scotia, enter our contest for the chance to win a compact Canon PowerShot camera worth £300!

The online training outlines the seven touring regions of Nova Scotia; signature places to explore and top activities that visitors to our region can experience. It is a comprehensive sales resource for our travel trade friends.

Nova Scotia, the gateway to Atlantic Canada is only 6 hours away from the UK and home to stunning natural beauty, diverse cultures, rich heritage, and warm, friendly people. With unique features from the Cabot Trail, one of the world’s top scenic drives, to the Bay of Fundy, recorded to have the highest tides in the world. About the size of Scotland, and home to just under a million people, Nova Scotia is very much a road trip destination. With spectacular coastal and inland driving routes, it’s easy to get around and the journey is very much part of the holiday experience.
